Important Information
- Being peak monsoon, weather in Ghangaria, Valley of Flowers and Hemkund could be rainy and cold, with temperature ranging from max 20 degrees Celsius to min 5 degrees Celsius. It is recommended that clients carry suitable warm clothing, protective gear for the rainy season and good shoes.
- Clients are advised to consult their physician and take suitable preventive medication (if prescribed) as a precaution for high altitude sickness.
- Trekking on any particular day may be aborted or canceled in case of extreme/unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Trek leader’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients. No refund of costs or any compensation will be paid to clients in such case.
- All clients (and parents on behalf of minors) will have to complete and sign mandatory Client Information and Waiver Form before starting the trek.
- We expect clients to respect local culture and traditions, particularly when visiting temples, Holy places or interacting with locals.
- We promotes ecologically sensitive responsible tourism and we seek our clients’ support to help us leave a minimum ecological footprint.

Day 01
Haridwar – Govindghat (290 Kms/11-12 Hrs)
Morning pick-up from Haridwar & transfer to Govindghat via Dev Prayag, Rudraprayag & Joshimath. Full day journey through enchanting views of nature’s architectures. On arrival, dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Govind Ghat

Day 02
Govind Ghat – Ghangharia- Valley of Flowers – Ghangharia
Morning check-out from the hotel as per the scheduled air travel to Ghangaria. The airstrip is conveniently close to the hotel, just about 500 meters away. Board the flight for an approximate 8-minute journey, arriving at Ghangaria (Altitude 10000 Feet). After disembarking, proceed to get the entry pass for the Valley of Flowers. Begin your trek or hire a pony according to your preference. Cross the old bridge over the Pushpawati River and start your trek to witness the unmatched beauty of the valley. The trek is abundant with natural flora and fauna. After trekking for approximately 2 kilometers, you'll enter the U-shaped valley. A further 1-kilometer mild trek will reveal the gateway to a self-sustained unique world of over 500 species of flowers. After a few hours of exploring the valley, return to Ghangaria before 4 PM. Day 03
Ghangharia- Govindghat- Badrinath- Mana Village- Govind Ghat
Early morning after breakfast, board the air transport for Govindghat. Upon arrival at the landing area, take a vehicle for your journey to Badrinath Dham and Mana Village (the last village at the border). Later, return to the hotel at Govind Ghat for dinner and an overnight stay.

Govind Gaht – Via Joshimath,Panch Prayag – Haridwar (290 Kms/11-12 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & transfer to Haridwar/Dehradun. On arrival, drop at Haridwar Rly Station/Dehradun Airport for onward journey. Tour Completed

- • Entry fee for Valley of Flowers as applicable to Indian nationals

- • Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
- • Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- • Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
- • Charges for Air ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
- • Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
- • Charges for hot water at Ghangharia (Rs 50 per bucket). Hot water geysers are available in Joshimath
- • Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
- • Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
- • Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
- • Charges for Air ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
- • Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
