Day 1     :- Meet at Haridwar Transfer to Govindghat- Night Halt – Govindghat
Day 2     :- Govindghat Transfer to Helipad by Car &Fly to Ghangaria- Visit VOF & Return Back to Ghangaria – Night Halt – Ghangaria
Day 3     :- Ghangaria –Trek to Helipad Fly Back to Govindghat & Proceed to Rudraprayag Via Panch Prayag  - Night Halt – Rudraprayag

Important Information

· Being peak monsoon, weather in Ghangharia, Valley of Flowers and Hemkund could be rainy and cold, with temperature ranging from max 20 degrees Celsius to min 5 degrees Celsius. It is recommended that clients carry suitable warm clothing, protective gear for rainy season and good shoes.

· Clients are advised to consult their physician and take suitable preventive medication (if prescribed) as a precaution for high altitude sickness.

· Trekking on any particular day may be aborted or cancelled in case of extreme/unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Trek leader’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients. No refund of costs or any compensation will be paid to clients in such case.

· All clients (and parents on behalf of minors) will have to complete and sign mandatory Client Information and Waiver Form before starting the trek.

· We expect clients to respect local culture and traditions, particularly when visiting temples, Holy places or interacting with locals.

· We promotes ecologically sensitive responsible tourism and we seek our clients’ support to help us leave minimum ecological footprint.

Day by day

Day 01

Haridwar – Govindghat (290 Kms/11-12 Hrs)

Morning pick-up from Haridwar & transfer to Govindghat via Dev Prayag, Rudraprayag & Joshimath. Full day journey through enchanting views of nature’s architectures. On arrival, dinner & overnight stay at the hotel in Govind Ghat.
Day 02

Govind Ghat – Ghangharia- Valley of Flowers – Ghangharia

Morning check-out from the hotel as per the schedule of helicopter for Ghangaria. The helipad is hardly 500 meters from the hotel. Board the helicopter for approx. 8 Minutes flying, arrive Ghangharia (Altitude-10000 Feet). Check-out from the helipad, get the entry pass to enter in Valley of flowers. Start the trek or hire pony as per the convenience. cross the old bridge on Pushpawati river & start your trek to witness the unmatched beauty of the valley. The trek is full of natural flora & fauna. After trekking for 2 Kms approx. will enter the U-shape valley. Further 1 Kms of mild trek will open the gateway to a self-sustained unique world of Flowers (more than 500 species of flowers). After few hours exploring the valley return down to Ghangharia before 4 PM. Dinner & overnight stay at Ghangharia. Night Halt – Ghangharia
Day 03

Ghangharia- Govindghat- Rudraprayag

Early morning after breakfast, board the helicopter for Govindghat Helipad then Transfer to Hotel Pick your Extra Luggage from Govindghat Locaker Rooms & Drive to Reach Rudraprayag Via Panch Pryaga Darshan – Night Halt at Ruddraprayag -dinner & overnight stay. Night Halt – Rudraprayag
Day 04

Rudraprayag – Haridwar (80 Kms/02-03 Hrs)

Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Haridwar/Dehradun. On arrival, drop at Haridwar Rly Station/Dehradun Airport for onward journey. Tour Completed

• Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
• Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
• Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
• Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
• Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
• Charges for hot water at Ghangharia (Rs 50 per bucket). Hot water geysers are available in Joshimath
• Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
• Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
• Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
• Charges for helicopter ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
• Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
• Any drinks, tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
• Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
• Any thing not mentioned in inclusions.
