Pilgrimage Tours

The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is considered one of the most sacred pilgrimages in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Bon religion. It is a journey to the Kailash Mountain, which is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva, and the Mansarovar Lake, which is considered to be a divine lake with healing properties.
For Hindus, the yatra is of utmost importance as it is believed that a person who completes the yatra will attain salvation or moksha. It is also believed that taking a dip in the Mansarovar Lake will cleanse a person's sins and purify their soul. For Buddhists, Kailash is associated with the Tantric deity Chakrasamvara and is considered to be the axis mundi or the center of the universe. Buddhists believe that circumambulating Kailash will bring spiritual benefits and help them attain enlightenment.
For Jains, Kailash is considered to be the place where their first Tirthankara, Rishabhdev, attained enlightenment. They believe that taking the yatra will help them attain spiritual growth and bring them closer to their ultimate goal of liberation. For the Bon religion, Kailash is believed to be the abode of their founder, Tonpa Shenrab. Bon followers take the yatra to connect with their spiritual roots and receive blessings.
The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from Kathmandu is especially significant as it is believed that the journey from Kathmandu to Kailash Mansarovar is the most auspicious and spiritually rewarding route. The yatra is physically challenging, with high altitudes and difficult terrain, but it is a journey that is believed to be spiritually enriching and life-transforming.
