This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs cancellations, refunds, and related procedures for all bookings made through https://caremytrip.com/ (“Website”) and services provided by CareMyTrip.com Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking our services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Cancellation charges will apply as follows (unless otherwise specified in a package):
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total booking cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total booking cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% (no refund)
1.2 No Show / Early Departure
- No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Early departure from the trip
1.3 Cancellation by CareMyTrip
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:
- Operational issues
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participation
- Force majeure events
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- Alternative options OR
- Full/partial refund (at our discretion)
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if:
- Cancellation request meets the applicable policy
- Payment has been successfully received by the Company
- Services have not been fully utilized
2.2 Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
Actual credit time may vary depending on:
- Bank processing time
- Payment gateway policies
2.3 Deductions
Refunds may be subject to deductions including:
- Cancellation charges
- Payment gateway fees
- Taxes and service charges
- Non-refundable bookings (hotels, permits, transport, etc.)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be provided in the following cases:
- Last-minute cancellations (as per policy)
- Failure to join the tour
- Incomplete travel due to personal reasons
- Weather disruptions or natural conditions
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
- Any services not utilized
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
