Auli is very well connected with the rest of the country by the road network that is safe and well maintained. If travelling by flight, you can reach Auli via Dehradun. Rishikesh or Haridwar is the best option if travelling by Train. Although the road network has the special attention of government agencies, still due to very heavy snowfall during Dec-March, it is advised to stay updated from reliable sources for travel safety as the roads are sometimes blocked with excess snow.

Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are the nearest Railway stations from Auli. You have to reach to either of these railway stations and then follow the route mentioned above.
By Flight-
The nearest airport from Auli is Jolly Grant Airport of Dehradun. From here you can get directly to Auli or you can just follow the route mentioned above.

Snow-covered Auli is a very cold place to visit in winter. With its unimaginable beauty, Auli has a challenging climate due to snow. While visiting Auli, one should never forget the following essentials:
*Medicines (paracetamol, painkillers, Dettol, and other important doctor’s prescribed medications)

Petrol Pumps- For fuel and mechanics, Joshimath is the option. There is no availability of CNG in your destination so keep this is mind.
